Wave Hub happens every Wednesday and Thursday.

We are a social enterprise, registered as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation, run by and for local people, bringing people with and without learning disabilities together to build a truly inclusive community
Upcoming event: Quiz night 22nd January
Join us for a fun, friendly quiz evening hosted by Richard Chadwick at Wave Hub! Starting at 7pm, there will be some light bites provided by CJ's bakery, a raffle with some great prizes and your ticket includes a welcome drink on arrival. There will be soft drinks for sale, but please BYOB!

Teams will be in tables of 6, You are welcome to come by yourself, and we will allocate you a team, or book a full table with friends. Tickets cost £30.

To purchase a ticket please either visit us at Wave Hub and speak to a member of staff, or email Alex at alex@wavehub.org.uk for payment details. Direct bank transfer is preferred.

All proceeds from this evening will go directly towards supporting Wave Hub's inclusive activities.

We are excited to announce that Wave Hub is now opening on Wednesdays as well as Thursdays!
​​
Adding an extra day gives us more space to connect, take part in activities together and expand our inclusive, welcoming community that makes Wave so special.
​
On Wednesdays you can join in with fitness classes, art classes and walks just like on Thursdays, but we will also be introducing a brand new book club!

WAVE ON WEDNESDAYS
Wave Hub Running Club
Wave Hub's running club is in full force!
​
Hosted by Alex, Monika or Reece, one of our wave ambassadors, we are an inclusive group who make sure our runs are suitable for everyone who attends.
​
We mostly run around Highgate woods and Alexandra Palace, starting our runs outside Planet Organic on Saturday mornings and running for around 5k.
​

Would you like to run the LLHM for Wave Hub?

For the past two years, two teams of incredible runners have taken on the LLHM for raise vital funds and awareness for Wave Hub.
​
Both events were a huge success, so we are excited to say that we are back again, and would love for you to take part!
​

Previous teams have consisted of seasoned runners, and people completely new to running. So if you are interested, regardless of your running experience, we would love to hear from you and have you on the team!
